高温多湿な季節は、細菌が増えやすく食中毒のリスクが高まります!
日々のちょっとした工夫でしっかり予防しましょう。

・調理後の食品の常温放置
・加熱が不十分な肉や魚
・手洗い不足のまま調理
・期限切れや保存方法ミス

🔹 つけない:手洗い・調理器具の使い分け
🔹 ふやさない:すぐに冷蔵・冷凍へ
🔹 やっつける:中心までしっかり加熱(75℃以上で1分以上)

– Leaving cooked food out at room temperature
– Undercooked meat or fish
– Cooking without proper handwashing
– Eating expired food or improper storage
🛡 The 3 Basic Rules of Prevention (Protect yourself from bacteria!)
🔹 Don’t let it spread: Wash your hands and use separate utensils for raw and cooked food
🔹 Don’t let it grow: Refrigerate or freeze food promptly
🔹 Kill it: Cook food thoroughly—at least 75°C (167°F) for 1 minute
🚨 Watch for These Symptoms
Stomach pain / Diarrhea / Vomiting / Fever
→ Even if symptoms seem mild, don’t ignore them. If they are severe or prolonged, seek medical attention.
